OK um...stab in the dark: Homer. Hey maybe you should change those rules? Like you HAVE to say where the line's from. Cos I could just guess some random character and be right..ok what I mean is...I could say...guess Homer each time and chances are I'd be right quite a few times even though I have no actual idea about the Simpsons.

hehe. close but it was ned's mom. It was the flashback when they bring Ned in to see a doc cause he's naughty and then he gets slapped on the ass for a long time. Then of course, he becomes incappable of bad behaviour.
